Description
Crafted from military-spec certified TI3Al titanium alloy VertexTitanium Valves are made to endure the harshest racing conditions. Forgedfrom a single blank grain flow is improved to enhance the mechanicalcharacteristics of the valve without having to resort to welding. SpecialPVD CVD and CrN coatings are used to provide low-friction surfaces thatreduce heat generation and resist carbon build-up; coatings allow alloyslike titanium to become ultra-smooth while reaching hardness levels 5x thatof high-speed steel.
